This instrument is used to determine the melting point (cooling curve) of petroleum wax.
The assembly consist of: air bath with brass cylinder Ø51×114 mm, test tube Ø25×100 mm with reference line for sample filling at 51 mm above the bottom and a chromium-plated metal water bath Ø130×152 mm. Complete of corks.
